Since the Covid pandemic started, online streaming has stepped up and become a huge part of our lives. I personally spend a lot of my free time on documentaries and movies on many streaming apps, Disney+ hotstar is one of those.
 

Even though Disney is one of the strongest movie franchises with a lot of potentials, many customers find the app experience is not as satisfied as the other competitors. Therefore, I see improvement opportunities that could be done and I am inspired to work on.
